Earn 5 points for every 100 yen you spend on accommodations and at restaurants and bars in our hotels. In addition, 1,000 bonus points are awarded for every 5,000 points accrued each calendar year. Accrued points can be used to make payments by redeeming them at a rate of 1,000 yen for every 1,000 points and can also be exchanged for gift cards.

Simply request our Late Checkout Service at check-in to extend your checkout time to noon for free, subject to exceptions in special situations. Some of our hotels offer the option of further extending your checkout time where requested.

Accumulate 30,000 points to qualify for registration as a Gold Card Member. Gold Card Members will be awarded 2,000 bonus points—double the number of bonus points awarded to regular members—for every 5,000 points accrued each calendar year.

Applying to become a Comfort Member |

When applying online, you will be notified of your Comfort Member number right away. This will allow you to book a room at Comfort Member rates as soon as you complete the enrolment procedures. Your card will be sent to you via airmail and should arrive in about two weeks. |
