About your current card The card you currently possess and use can continue to be used even after our service package is revamped. Converting your points Your points balance(*) will be converted to a new points balance after our service package is revamped. The conversion formula is shown below. The points balance of a member under our old service package: 109 points 109 points × 33.333... = 3,633.333... → 3,634 points (rounded up to the nearest whole point) * The accrued points total constituting the qualification threshold for becoming a Gold Member will also be converted pursuant to the above formula. About our Point-Up System Our Point-Up System based on the number of points accrued each year has been replaced by a Bonus-Point System. Bonus points 1,000 bonus points are credited on the last day of January of the following year for every 5,000 points accrued each calendar year(*). Gold Card Members receive 2,000 bonus points, double the regular amount. * The 2008 calendar year shall extend from January 9 to December 31. Terms of validity for points and membership The terms of validity for points and membership have changed. Points * Your points balance on January 9, 2008, is deemed to have been credited to your account on January 9, 2008, and will be valid until December 31, 2010. Membership * If you had a valid membership on January 9, 2008, January 9, 2008, is deemed to have been the date when your membership card was most recently used, and your membership will be valid until December 31, 2010.
