Earn 5 points for every 100 yen you spend in our hotels. Accrued points can be used to make payments at our hotels by redeeming them at a rate of 1,000 yen for every 1,000 points.

In addition to earning points by purchasing accommodations, you can earn points by enjoying restaurants and bars in our hotels and by referring individuals for wedding receptions at Tokyu Hotels (*). Points can also be earned for payments made on behalf of persons accompanying a member.

*10,000 points will be credited to a member for a wedding reception party held at a Tokyu Hotels venue by the member as the guest of honor. 5,000 points will be credited to a member where a wedding reception party is held at a Tokyu Hotels venue for an individual who was referred to Tokyu Hotels by the member.

1,000 bonus points are awarded for every 5,000 points accrued each calendar year. Gold Card Members receive 2,000 bonus points, double the regular amount.

After accruing 10,000 points, you can exchange them for Tokyu Hotels gift cards that you can then use or give away as gifts.

| The points expire on December 31 the year after next commencing from the accrual date for the respective points. |

| For example, if points are awarded on May 5, 2009, they remain valid until December 31, 2011. |

| Notes regarding the Point System |

Present your membership card when making payments. You will not be credited any points if you are unable to present your membership card at these times. |

Points will not be credited for accommodations (from April 1, 2008) reserved or arranged through a travel agency (including any online travel agency or hotel reservation website). (including online travel agencies and hotel reservation websites)

Points will be credited according to the amount spent until March 31. (250 points will be credited per night for accommodations reserved using a coupon or other instrument on which no monetary amount is indicated. |

Points can be credited for accommodations used by the member or by the member and accompanying persons. Provided, however, that points can only be credited for an accompanying person where he or she is provided accommodations under the same reservation as that of the member, and payment is made by the member. |

If two or more members use the same guestroom, points shall be credited to one member or divided proportionally and credited accordingly. |

Points will not be credited for non-guestroom use fees (such as for the use of pay-TV and telephone charges) and taxes. |

If you choose to stay in the hotel at a rate that is eligible for points accumulation under an airline mileage program, Comfort Points will be credited on an overlapping basis together with the crediting of prescribed mileage points for the same amount spent. Points will not be credited on an overlapping basis together with any other type of points program. |

Points can only be credited by facilities posting an official sign or mark reading "TOKYU HOTELS COMFORT MEMBERS." |

Points are credited for meal charges (including, where applicable, cover charge, table charge, and private room charge) at participating restaurants, room service provided by participating restaurants, and food and drink charges for take-out items served by participating restaurants. Charges for other items (such as cigarettes) and taxes are not eligible for accruing points. |

Points can only be credited where food or drinks are consumed by the member. Points will not be credited where the member only pays for but does not consume food or drinks. If two or more members consume food or drinks, points shall be credited to one member or divided proportionally and credited accordingly.

Points will not be credited where a banquet hall or whole restaurant is reserved or a meeting room, multi-functional hall, or other such facility is used. |
