The new cards go into effect on April 1, 2002.

If you have a Tokyu REI CLUB or Welcome Members card that has not yet expired, you may visit the front desk at any of our Tokyu Hotels and receive your new Comfort Members card at no charge.
(There is no membership fee when you change over to the new card.)

If you have a Tokyu REI CLUB card that has already expired, but the grace period is still in effect, you can change over to the new Comfort Members card for a renewal fee of ¥500. If the grace period has expired, or if you have a Welcome Members card that has expired, your changeover renewal fee will be ¥1000.

If your card has been lost or destroyed, please visit the front desk of any Tokyu Hotel to receive an immediate replacement.
(There is a replacement fee of ¥500)

All points earned on Tokyu REI CLUB cards that have not expired will be automatically transferred to your new card.

Members who have reached the 1000-point level will receive a Comfort Members Gold Card.

Information about the change to the new card has already been sent to Tokyu REI CLUB and Welcome Members cardholders. At the end of March 2002, new cards have been sent to these members holding valid cards, unless we received other instructions from the cardholder.

If you have not received your information about the change, please tell the front desk the next time you check in at any of our Tokyu Hotels, or contact our office directly.
