How to Make Reservations, for Travel Agents

Online Room Reservation System
The online room reservation system can accept your reservation for all Tokyu Hotels
(with the exception of affiliated hotels) in real time, 24 hours a day.
Please input the company name/IATA code/e-mail address/contact person in the request column of the reservation form.
In the event that the IATA code is not available, please also provide the address, phone number, and fax number.

Post-Reservation Commission Requests
We accept requests for commission after reservations have been made online.
Please input the company name/IATA code/e-mail address/contact person in the message box of the Comments and Requests Form.
In the event that the IATA code is not available, please include the address, phone number, fax number, name of the hotel,
name of the guest, reservation dates, and the room rate.
The rates shown in this site include service charge and tax.
The 10% travel agent commision will be paid based on the rates without above service charge and tax.
