Online room reservation system The online room reservation system can take your reservation for all Tokyu Hotels in real time 24 hours a day. Feel free to use the system for same-day reservations, or late-night bookings. |

Room rate (Online reservation rate) Each hotel sets its room rates on a daily basis depending upon the day of the week and room availability. Please check the room rate at the result of "Search for Available Rooms" page. Please be aware that the online reservation rate is subject to change depending on room availability. Also, please note that the online reservation rate may not be used in conjunction with other discounts. Please note that you cannot receive the online reservation rate when you make your reservation by telephone. |

Reservation Reservations may usually be made up to 90 days in advance. Earlier reservation than 90 days may be possible in some hotels. Some hotels accept same-day reservations depending on room availability. The upper limit per reservation is 5rooms/10days. For more rooms/days, please telephone Tokyu Hotels. Reservation Center or the hotel directly. Please note that some hotel request advance or mid-stay payment for continuous stay. Number of rooms for online reservation Number of rooms for online reservation is limited. Please note that you may not be able to made a reservation depending on room availability. Even if the online reservation system indicates that there are no rooms available, there may be rooms available if you contact the hotel directly. In such cases the online reservation discount rate is not applicable. |

Easy Reservation Account When using the online room reservation system we recommend to register for "Easy Reservation Account". Although it is possible to make a reservation without an Easy Reservation Account, by registering, you can reduce the amount of information you need to enter each time you make a reservation. There are no registration or yearly membership fees for signing up. *Before using the system, be sure to read the Online Reservation System Usage Agreement. |

Tokyu Hotels Comfort Members (hereinafter, "Members") It is not essential for Members to register for "Easy Reservation Account" to use the online reservation system. Just enter your Comfort Members number (or email address) and password, and click the Reserve button. Although it is possible to make a reservation without being Members, by registering, you can reduce the amount of information you need to enter each time you make a reservation. You will need password to make a reservation. If you have not registered your password, click here to register it. |

Reservation confirmation and Reservation receipt number Please confirm the details of your reservation on the Reservation Confirmation page. Also make note of the reservation receipt number, as it will be required to confirm or cancel the reservation. It is possible to have a reservation confirmation email sent to your registered (or other) email address from the "Reservation Confirmation" page. How to cancel your reservation From the "Confirm or cancel a reservation" page, enter your reservation receipt number (number provided to you at the completion of your reservation), plus your email address used for online registration, and click the Next button. If you are Members or registered users of "Easy Reservation Account", enter registered email address and password, and click the Login button. Confirm the current reservation information displayed, and then click the Cancel button. It is also possible to send a cancellation email to your registered (or other) email address from the Confirm or cancel a reservation page. If you wish to cancel a reservation, please be sure to execute the cancellation procedure. |

Changing your reservation To change the dates or number of people for a reservation, please telephone Tokyu Hotels Reservation Center or the hotel directly. Otherwise, you may cancel the existing reservation, and then use the reservation system to make a new reservation. Reservations by telephone Reservations may also be made by telephone.
