Online room reservation system The online room reservation system can take your reservation for all Tokyu Hotels in real time 24 hours a day. Feel free to use the system for same-day reservations, or late-night bookings. |

Room rates Each hotel sets its room rates on a daily basis depending upon the day of the week and room availability. After selecting the type of room you require on the "Room Type Selection" page, please check the room rate using the availability calendar. Please be aware that the online reservation discount rate is subject to change depending on room availability. Also, please note that the online reservation discount rate may not be used in conjunction with other discounts. If you would like to include a meal with your stay, make your selection on the "Service Selection" page, when available. The rates shown here are special online reservation discount rates. Reservation acceptance period Reservations may usually be made up to 120 days in advance. However, you may not be able to make a reservation due to room availability. Some hotels accept same-day reservations up to midnight before the day of your intended stay, depending on room availability. If the system indicates that there are no rooms available or no information is specified, telephone the hotel directly to see if there are any rooms available. Number of rooms There is a limit on the number of rooms that can be reserved online. Even if the online reservation system indicates that there are no rooms available, there may be rooms available if you contact the hotel directly. In such cases the online reservation discount rate is not applicable. Registering for an online reservation ID When using the online room reservation system we recommend that you register for an online reservation ID. Although it is possible to make a reservation without an online reservation ID, by registering, you can reduce the amount of information you need to enter each time you make a reservation. There are no registration or yearly membership fees for signing up. Before using the system, be sure to read the Online Reservation System Usage Agreement . Since the online reservation system confirms the user's identity by member ID and email address, the next time you use the system, just enter your member ID and email address and click the Reserve button. When you enter your email address, use regular (half-width) English characters, checking that it is correct and contains no extra spaces. To change registration information, go to the "Member Registration Change" page , enter your member ID and email address, and make the necessary changes on the screen. |

Tokyu Hotels Comfort Members (hereinafter, "Members") It is not essential for Members to register for the online reservation ID to use the online reservation system. Reservations may be made at all hotels using the Member card number. Members are required to pay a new membership fee of ?1,000 (tax included) at the time of signup. There are no renewal or yearly membership fees. For more information, click here . Before using the system, be sure to read the Online Reservation System Usage Agreement . Since the system identifies users by membership number and telephone number (registered home phone number), just enter your membership and telephone numbers and click the Reserve button. |

Reservation confirmation Please confirm the details of your reservation on the Accommodation Reservation Completion page. Also make note of the reservation receipt number, as it will be required to confirm or cancel the reservation. It is possible to have a reservation confirmation email sent to your registered (or other) email address from the "Accommodation Reservation Completion" page. Just click the Send Confirmation Email button. How to cancel your reservation From the "Reservation Confirmation and Cancellation" page, enter telephone number and membership ID (or the ID received when registering for your online reservation ID), or your reservation receipt number (number provided to you at the completion of your reservation), plus your email address used for online registration, and click the Login button. Confirm the current reservation information displayed, and then click the Cancel button. It is also possible to send a cancellation email to your registered (or other) email address from the Reservation Confirmation and Cancellation page. Just click the Send Cancellation Email button. If you wish to cancel a reservation, please be sure to execute the cancellation procedure. |

Changing your reservation To change the dates or number of people for a reservation, please telephone the hotel directly.
