Web Corporate Customer Membership Agreement
|

|
Eligibility
This membership system is called Web Corporate Customers (hereafter referred to as "WCC"). Users of this system are people who stay at hotels operated by Tokyu Hotels Co., Ltd. under the hotel lodging terms and conditions, and can become corporate members by agreeing to the prescribed procedures and membership conditions.

Membership fees/Annual fees
There are no membership or annual fees.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Becoming a member
Procedures
You can apply by filling out the required items of the online application form.
|
|
Conditions
Receiving our monthly E-mail newsletter is a condition for membership.
|
|
Corporate membership number
After submitting the application form, you will receive your corporate number and password by E-mail in about two weeks.
|
|
Reservations
Reservations are limited to those made via the Tokyu Hotels website.
|
|
Termination
|
|
(1)
|
|
If you are no longer able to receive the E-mail magazine (automatic cancellation).
|
|
(2)
|
|
If 2 years have passed since you last stayed at a Tokyu Hotel (automatic cancellation).
|
|
(3)
|
|
If your application contains falsified data.
|
|
(4)
|
|
If we are no longer able to contact you via your address, telephone number, or E-mail address.
|
|
(5)
|
|
If you do not pay the fees including accommodation rates specified in the hotel terms and conditions.
|
|
(6)
|
|
If you, not out of necessity and regardless of what measures you take afterwards, injure or harm hotel customers, the hotel itself (facilities, furnishings, or equipment within the hotel, ancillary hotel facilities, structures on the hotel premises, etc.) or hotel staff.
|
|
(7)
|
|
If you do not uphold the lodging terms and conditions and usage regulations.
|
|
(8)
|
|
If you are recognized to have committed a crime.
|
|
(9)
|
|
If the office judges you to be ineligible for any other reasons.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Changing submitted information
Please contact the Web Corporate Customer Office if your E-mail address where you receive E-mail, corporation name, address, representative name, telephone number, etc. has changed.

|
|
|
About members' information
The Web Corporate Customer Office and hotels that are part of Tokyu Hotels will not provide the information it has collected about its members through business operations (hereafter referred to as "members' information") to a third party, except in the following circumstances:

|
Entrusting it to a third party, who has signed a non-disclosure agreement, for the purpose of contacting members on behalf of Tokyu Hotels, etc.
|
|
(2)
|
|
If we have received permission from the member to do so.
|
|
(3)
|
|
If we receive a written order from a court, or are otherwise ordered by a court to disclose the information.
|
|
(4)
|
|
If we are required to do so to cooperate with a police investigation.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Changes to this Agreement
Due to economic fluctuations and other circumstances, we may make changes to this Agreement (including special offers) with no prior notice.
|
|
|
|
|
Product termination
This product may be terminated after informing members ahead of time via E-mail or the Internet.
|
|
|
|
|
Governing law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
|
|
|
|
|
Jurisdiction
Regarding all litigation between members and WCC, the Tokyo District Court will serve as the agreed-upon exclusive trial court of jurisdiction.
|
|
|
|
|
Supplementary provisions
Effective date: September 25, 2007
|
