TOKYU HOTELS LAUNCHED ENGLISH VERSION
WEBSITE FOR CORPORATE CLIENTS

Tokyo, Dec. 29, 2008(Mon) - Tokyu Hotels Co., Ltd., a leading hotel chain who operates 53 hotels and resorts in Japan, has launched its new English website for their Corporate clients on December 17th, 2008.
Tokyu Hotels has invested in upgrading it's websites since 2007, which includes re-launching a new English website in March, 2007, launching new websites in Asian languages in May, 2007, and launching a new website in Japanese for our Corporate clients in October, 2007, to meet the growing customer needs to book Tokyu Hotels online.
The New website launched this time is the English version of the website "Tokyu Hotels Web Corporate Customer Program" which offers our corporate clients to book online with their corporate contract rate.
Before the launch of our Web Corporate Customer program in Japanese, most of the reservations from corporate clients were made through our voice reservation service, using telephone, fax or e-mail. Recently we saw some changes, which is, many of our corporate clients started to book Tokyu Hotels through our Tokyu Hotels website, even we have not offered the corporate rate online which they are entitled to benefit from.
This "Tokyu Hotels Web Corporate Customer Program" is a program to fix above challenges, and now we are proud to announce that we are able to expand these benefits worldwide.
The benefits are not only the better rates but also the Web Corporate Customer Program will make our corporate clients to be able to book Tokyu Hotels anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and from the other side of the world,. There are no more waits to receive reservation confirmation from the local counterpart which has been caused from the time zone difference. We are sure that this will raise the customer's satisfaction level much higher than before.
Tokyu Hotels currently have 1,500 corporate accounts registered to this program, and Tokyu Hotels are targeting to bring up this number to 5,000 accounts by the end of our fiscal year 2009.
