The Club Floors located on the upper levels have exclusive access to the The Capitol Lounge SaRyoh on the 27th floor, which is happy to provide services for the needs of each guest, offering careful consideration and attention to detail.

The hilltop of Hie Shrine where the hotel is situated, has long been known as a scenic viewing spot for beautiful stars. From the late Taisho era to the early Showa era, acclaimed gourmand and arist, Kitaoji Rosanjin’s restaurant, Hoshigaoka Saryo, presided here where it florished as a place of occasion. The lounge was named The Capitol Lounge SaRyoh, in honor of persevering the art of hospitality to offer new experiences in a place where tradition and modernity meet.

The drink menu includes coffee and tea, as well as various alcoholic drinks as aperitifs.
Canapes are also served accompany the drink menu.

The Capitol Lounge SaRyoh offers a relaxing space appointed with Japanese aesthetics, which serves breakfast, light snacks, afternoon tea, cocktails and nightcaps throughout the day. Guests can also enjoy an original blend of exclusive Mi Cafeto coffee served in Fukagawa Seiji Arita artisan cups; official purveyors of the Imperial Household since the 1910s.

Ideal for business meetings, a separate space is available in The Capitol Lounge SaRyoh.

Rates: Free use of a meeting room, on reservation basis for up to 1 hour.

*: A charge of 5,500JPY will incur for every additional 30 minutes following the complimentary one-hour use.
