We offer a variety of benefits, including accommodation and special offers at restaurants.

Explanation of the Exclusive Benefits for "Platinum", "Diamond" and "Black” Members from, the renewal of July 1, 2023.

A special voucher that would promise an extra one rank upgrade during your stay.

Tokyu Hotels would provide to all “Platinum”, "Diamond" and "Black" Members 2 types of special vouchers you can use during your stay. These vouchers would be mailed to your once annually to the registered address.

◆Accommodation Up Grade Coupon◆

We would upgrade you to a one higher rank room on your reservation.
Please tell the hotel staff that you would like to use this voucher on your reservation.

【How to use the voucher】

  • Please show the voucher at your check in time.

  • This voucher may not be available depending on the reservation status of the day. Also, please note that it cannot be used at overseas affiliated hotels.

  • Please note that Suite Rooms and other selected rooms cannot be upgraded.
    ※Rooms that cannot be upgraded, and the blackout period for this voucher varies by Hotels.

  • One voucher is valid for one day for one room. For consecutive nights, the number of vouchers are required for each night.

  • This voucher is valid only for the member.

  • The number of guests cannot be added due to the usage of the coupon.

◆Welcome Drink Voucher◆

We have prepared a Welcome Drink at the Executive Lounge.
Please let us know that you would like to use this voucher at the time of your stay.

【When using the Voucher】

  • This voucher can only be used during your stay.

  • Please submit the voucher at the front desk staff when you check in.

  • With one voucher one drink is valid to the club member.
    ※If the club member is with another person, then 2 drinks including the club member is valid.

  • The voucher is valid only to the club member.

  • The voucher cannot be used at our overseas partner hotel.

  • Our hotel offers select beverages in the Executive Lounge.
    ※Guest staying on the Executive Floor cannot use this service.

  • Please note that Welcome Drinks would vary from Hotels.
