We have resumed our business with setting new infection prevention measures based on "new lifestyle" announced by governmental "Novel Corona virus Experts Meeting" and forming our own team for hygiene measures.

Hotel Initiatives

Public Space

Installation of alcohol disinfectant and strengthening of regular disinfection

  • Sanitation stations have been set up in the entrance on the 1st floor and the lobby on the 3rd floor for your convenience

  • Installation of safe distance stickers at the entrance on the 1st floor

  • Protective screens have been installed at the Bell desk on the 1st floor

  • All customer touch-points will be disinfected regularly (doorknobs, escalator handrails, elevator buttons, water faucets, etc.)

  • Stop using the toilet hand dryer

  • Customer's smoking booth on 3rd floor capacity limited

  • Elevator capacity limit Maximum 4 people

Stays

Enhancing the safety of guests and employees

  • Protective screens have been installed at the Front counter on the 3rd floor

Akasaka Square Dining has acquired the "Infection Prevention Thorough Declaration Sticker", which indicates that it is taking measures to prevent the spread of new corona virus infections.

Enhancing the Safety of Guests and Employees

  • Buffet Corner Bar & Lounge Suspension

  • Entrance restrictions and seating capacity restrictions

Banquet Rooms

  • Refraining stand-up buffet style party

  • Limited capacity to less than half of regulation

  • Opening the doors and windows to avoid closed and confined space and poor ventilation

  • Employees are required to wear a face mask or face shield

  • Confirmation of hand washing and disinfection of fingers when starting event

  • Preliminary hearing on the health of banquet participants and attendees

  • We check the customer's health condition with a handy thermometer and provide guidance to the venue.

  • Implementation of a spacious banquet room space and table layout


Infection Prevention Measures for Our Employees

Wearing face mask, checking physical condition, and other initiatives

  • Required to wear face mask on work, and also on the way to and from work

  • Adhere to through hand washing guidelines and other sanitization techniques

  • Require body temperature measurement everyday

  • Employees who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or more and/or who are not in good physical conditions will stay at home for 2 weeks

  • Regular disinfection and ventilation of offices and common facilities

  • Requests to our partner companies for hand washing, alcohol disinfection, and wearing face mask at the time of delivery and admission

  • Maintain a sense of distance between employees in the employee cafeteria and take seats that they do not face each other

  • Thoroughly establish social distance habits such as employee break rooms

  • Implementation of early cycle cleaning of employee uniforms


Request to Our Guests

  • In consideration of others, please wear face coverings

  • If you have a fever or are not feeling well, please do not visit us.

  • Practice social distancing at all times

  • Keep your distance from others when using the elevator or escalator

  • Maintain space between each other when sharing sofas

  • We may ask history of places visited prior to arrival at at the hotel from guests

  • Send 1 representative at the Front desk and Cashier of Akasaka Square Dining

  • Utilize cash trays during payment
