What is Japanese Whiskey?
“Japanese Whiskey” is a generic name for whiskey that is made in Japan. Japanese whiskey is one of the 5 world whiskies along with Scotland, Ireland, U.S.A., and Canada. In 1929 (4th year of the Showa period), the first domestic whiskey was sold in Japan. The original manufacturing method and ingredients were passed down from Scotland and has been used until this day. Today, there are more than 70 distilleries in Japan and they are making their original single malt whiskey and other blended whiskeys. Japanese whiskies have high reputations overseas and various brands are still awarded in global competitions.
At Tower’s Bar “Bellovisto” we have selected a wide variety of rare Japanese whiskies. There is a limited amount of each brand so we would be constantly adding new brands.

Seat Reservations are accepted until 7:00 p.m on weekdays. Just seat reservations cannot be made on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

Reservations for Saturday, Sundays and Holidays are only accepted for guests ordering the Afternoon Tea set or the Excellent Plan.

After 6:00 p.m. guests under the age of 20 are not allowed to enter in the bar, even accompanied by a guardian.
