At Tokyu Hotels, our top priority is the safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees, so we will be taking additional measures to prevent the spread of disease.
Hygiene Message
We at the Tokyu Hotels Group promote the HACCP plan to maintain our high quality of hygiene management.
This HACCP hygiene plan is based on the self-monitoring of standards set up by the Japanese government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The original food hygiene standards at the Tokyu Hotels Group are followed by associates who have operational experience at the Public Health Center.
Each of our hotels performs food hygiene management according to these standards. An examination is conducted every year by associates with operational experience at the Public Health Center, to ensure that food hygiene is in accordance with regulations.
To ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests, the Tokyu Hotels Group practice the following operations:
-
Checking our staff’s health conditions twice a day.
-
Washing hands before working.
-
Establishing a “hand washing meister” system to train staff with the proper handwashing procedure.
-
Cleaning and disinfecting public spaces and staff-only areas regularly.
-
Conducting regular hygiene training.
-
Checking the health conditions of all guests.
-
Relocating the seats in our hotels and restaurants to establish social distancing.
-
Reducing the paper documents in the guest rooms.
The Tokyu Hotels Group promises to perform the necessary procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and safety for our guests.
