Accommodation

    How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

    A.

    Can I make a reservation on the same day that I want to visit?

    A.

    If there is room availability, we will take your reservation.

    Can I specify the location of the room, floor number etc?

    A.

    Please let us know your request when you make the reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however please note that we cannot make any guarantees.

    Do you have non-smoking rooms?

    A.

    All guest rooms are non-smoking rooms. There is a designated smoking area on the 2nd floor lobby for smoking, however please note that smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

    Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

    We have accessible rooms available on request.

    Do you have connecting rooms?

    We apologize, however we do not have connecting rooms at the hotel.

    Can I order fruit, flowers, etc. for the room in advance?

    We apologize that we are unable to provide this service.

    Can you store my luggage before I check-in?

    A.

    We will keep it for a maximum of one month. Please note that we cannot keep valuables and fragile items.

    Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?

    We will keep it for you at the reception desk. However, we do not handle cash on delivery.

    Can I extend the check-out time? What time is the latest check-out?

    A.

    ・Until 15:00 - 25% of the basic accommodation fee
    ・Until 18:00 - 50% of the basic accommodation fee
    ・After 18:00 - 100% of the basic accommodation fee

    However, it may not be possible to extend the check-out, depending on the availability of rooms on the day.

    Do you have a cot?

    Please let us know your request when you make the reservation. Due to the limited number we have available, it may not be possible.

  • Q.

    From what age do you charge for children? Do you have child rates?

    A.

    There is no charge for children under 6 years, who do not need a bed.

    Is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    If you cancel your stay, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows.
    After 15:00 the day before: 100%
    On the day: 100%
    If you do not use it without contacting us: 100%

    In addition, the cancellation deadline on the site differs for each plan. If the deadline has passed, please contact the hotel directly. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the reservation plan. For details, please check the reservation plan or contact the hotel.
    For group bookings of 10 people or more, please contact each hotel for details on cancellation fees.

    Can I use a credit card for the payment?

    We accept credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners, DC, and UnionPay.

    Can I pay in advance?

    A.

    You can pay in advance by visiting the hotel or by making a bank transfer.
    Some plans also allow pre-payment by credit card when making online reservations.

    Can I connect to the internet in the guest room?

    A.

    There is high-speed internet access or wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) free of charge.

    Do you have computers available to borrow?

    We apologize that this service is unavailable.

Restaurant

    Can I make a reservation for the restaurant?

    A.

    We take reservations over the telephone or online from six months in advance. Telephone 0422-29-3081

    Is it possible to make same day reservations? How much notice is required?

    A.

    We will accommodate you as long as there is availability, however the last entry is 13:00 for lunch and 20:00 for dinner.

    Are there any menu items that cannot be ordered without a reservation?

    A.

    Please let us know at the reservation if you have any special dietary needs or allergies.

    Is it possible to reserve the whole restaurant?

    A.

    We do not accept reservations for the whole restaurant. We suggest that you enquire about the banquet halls.

    Are there any special arrangements if we want to celebrate a birthday?

    A.

    Please let us know when you make the reservation if you would like champagne, cake or flowers. 3 days notice is needed.

    Do you have a children's menu?

    A.

    Please contact us for details.

  • Q.

    I would like to visit the restaurant for a celebration, however can you prepare flowers or cakes etc?

    A.

    We have a dessert plate for 1,815 yen. For flowers and other cakes, please contact us at least 3 days before your reservation.

    If I have a food allergy, can you accommodate this?

    A.

    Please let us know when you make a reservation. Please note that we may not be able to deal with all requests from guests with severe food allergies.

    Do you have private rooms?

    A.

    There are two private rooms, one can accommodate up to 8 people and the other can accommodate up to 12 people. It can be used by up to 20 people by combining the two. Private room usage fee 6,050 yen (excluding conference use).

    Do you have smoking and non smoking areas?

    A.

    All seats are non-smoking. There is a smoking area on the restaurant floor.

    Can I use a credit card for the payment?

    We accept credit card, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners, DC, and others.

Meeting & Events

    Is it okay to make a last minute reservation?

    A.

    If you are using the venue for a meeting only, we accept reservations up to 3 days in advance.
    For parties and events, depending on the number of people, please contact us at least one week in advance.

  • Q.

    When is the deadline for confirming final details e.g. number of guests, menus? Can changes be made after this deadline?

    A.

    Arrangements such as menus, number of guests, equipment, and other booking details should be confirmed at least 10 days before.
    If changes are requested after that, depending on the food menu set for the event, we are able to accomodate changes up to 3 days in advance.

    Can I reserve the venue temporarily? Is there a charge for holding? How many days in advance can we cancel our booking?

    A.

    We accept temporary holding of bookings, and holding a booking is free of charge. Venues can be held until one week before the event, at whih point you will be charged for the booking.

    Are you able to host wedding ceremonies at the venue?

    A.

    Unfortunately we do not have a wedding hall, costume room, hair salon, and photo studio facilities, but we are able to accommodate dinner parties for weddings.

    Can we order the same menu available in the restaurant?

    A.

    We are able to offer the banquet hall menu, but please enquire before booking to confirm.

  • Q.

    Is the meal available for takeaway?

    A.

    We are sorry, but we do not allow the meal for takeaway.

    Can you arrange souvenirs for events?

    A.

    Can I hold a farewell party or memorial services at the venue?

    We offer a wide range of services for both individuals or corporations for farewell parties or memorial services.

    Do you have a membership programme?

    A.

    Yes, the "Tokyu Hotels Comfort Membership" can be used at Tokyu Hotels across Japan. Please see below for more details.

About handling of personal information

    How does the hotel handle and keep personal information secure?

    A.

    The Tokyu Hotels website uses an industry-standard encryption technology called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect guests' personal information. Please refer to the Tokyu Hotels Privacy Policy for more information regarding the storage and protection of personal information.

    Do you use Cookies?

    A.

    Some pages on the Tokyu Hotels website use a technology called cookies. Cookies are a function that temporarily saves data on your computer, and are used for the purpose of providing better services in the reservation system, and do not infringe on your privacy as outlined in our privacy policy. It is possible to deny the storing of cookies by changing the browser settings, but in doing so some website services may become unavailable.

    Can we request the disclosure of personal information? How and where can we contact you?

    A.

    When requesting personal information disclosure, please enclose the documents necessary for identity verification and the disclosure fee in the prescribed application form and send it by registered mail to the address below.
