Sushi Ito Ikkan is opening as a sister-establishment of Akasaka Sushi Ito. It will be the establishment’s first branch in a hotel. It serves food sympathetically prepared with the changing of the seasons in mind in the urban clamor, on the theme, “meticulous hospitality at all times”. The parent restaurant in Akasaka has been satisfying the eyes and palate of many a customer for the past 25 years, and the new restaurant will serve sushi and the spirit of Japanese hospitality to sate the souls of international guests in its new home in Shibuya.
