Osaka Castle

Though the castle was constructed by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the 16th century, existing turret and stone walls were built sometime in the Edo period (1603–1867). The eighth-floor view from the donjon is superb, a must-see. In spring, plum and cherry trees in full bloom add to the delights of the season.

Kaiyukan

Abeno (Osaka) Harukas / Harukas 300 (observatory)

Abeno (Osaka) Harukas, the tallest building in Japan with a height of 300m. Osaka Harukasu Observatory named "Harukas 300" has a three-story structure with 58th, 59th, and 60th floors, and you can catch spectacular views of the Kansai area such as Kyoto, Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, and Awaji Island.
