Monthly Cocktail ＜Suggested Location＞

This month’s cocktail is inspired by the nationally famous ice-cream Shirokuma. Shirokoma means Polar Bear and in the shaved ice with condensed milk, there are various colorful fruits mixed in it. This colorful and delicious dessert has a long history going back to the 1940s.
