TORIKO original “BOKKAKE”

“BOKKAKE”is a local Kobe dish made of beef tendon and konjac simmered in soy sauce and sugar. We recommend eating it with rice as it is delicious.

Made with bread from Kobe's popular bakery "Isuzu Bakery" A luxurious egg sandwich made with carefully selected bread made by a baker certified as a "Kobe Meister".

Mabo tofu

We use tofu prepared with famous water from the foothills of Mt. Rokko. 

hotel made pudding

We use eggs from Hyogo Prefecture and milk from a farm at the foot of Mt. Rokko. The chef's special pudding is made with ``flavorful eggs with a well-balanced natural sweetness and richness'' and ``delicious milk.''

French toast

Mildly sweet French toast made with baguette from Isuzu Bakery, eggs from Hyogo Prefecture, and milk from a farm at the foot of Mt. Rokko. It's also delicious when eaten with jam or honey.
