Accommodation

    How can we make a reservation?

    A.

    Please contact the hotel by phone. In addition, the hotel accepts inquiries from the website - please expect 24 hours for a response

    Is it possible to make a reservation on the day?

    A.

    Yes - If we have vacancy, the hotel can accept bookings on the same day.

    What time is check-in?

    A.

    Check-in is from 3:00 pm. Please contact the hotel if guests will arrive more than 2 hours from the estimated arrival time. If the guests cannot contact the hotel in advance, their reservation might be canceled.

    Is it wheelchair accessible?

    A.

    Some of our rooms are wheelchair accessible, however, it is not possible to enter the bathroom while in a wheelchair. We do have a wheelchair accessible toilet on the 2nd floor.

    Do you have smoking rooms?

    A.

    No. Our rooms are all non-smoking. If guests would like to smoke, please use the smoking room on the ground floor lobby. This also counts for electronic cigarettes, guests cannot smoke in their room, so please use the smoking room in the lobby on the ground floor.

    Can I send my luggage in advance?

    A.

    Yes the hotel will keep guests luggage at the front desk on the ground floor. However, the hotel cannot pay on your behalf on delivery.

    Can you to store my luggage before check-in?

    A.

    Yes, the hotel can keep it for a maximum of one month. Please note that the hotel cannot keep valuables, fragile items or cash.

    Can I stay with more people in one room?

    A.

    In the case of 3 people, the hotel will prepare an extra bed in a twin room. The hotel can accept this type of reservation and request from internet. For 4 people, the hotel will offer a deluxe twin (35.3㎡) with 2 extra beds.

    Are cots avaialble for infants?

    A.

    Yes - these are avaialble on request at no charge for infants under one. Please let the hotel know when guests make their reservation.

    Is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    There will be a cancellation fee of 100%of the accomodation fee at the time of reservation when the guest cancels their reservation;
    1.After 15:00PM one day before arrival
    2.On the day notice or in time of No Show

    Can I make a reservation?

    Yes - the hotel accept reservations for all restaurants.

    Can I make a reservation on the day?

    A.

    Yes, as long as we have availability, the restaurant accepts reservations on the day. For groups, please make a reservation as early as possible.

    Do you have smoking and non-smoking seats?

    A.

    No - all seats are non-smoking. If guests would like to smoke, please use the smoking room in the lobby.

    Do you cater for food allergies?

    A.

    Yes - please let the restaurant know when you make a reservation. Please note that the restaurant may not be able to accept all requests from guests with food allergies.

    Is it wheelchair accessible?

    A.

    There are some small steps, but guests should be able to use wheelchair with support.

Meeting & Events

    When do you need the number of people and details for the event? Can we change it?

    A.

    Arrangements such as menus, number of guests, equipment, etc. will be accepted up to a week before the date. If there are any changes after that, please contact the hotel as soon as possible. The hotel will make a final confirmation in the morning three days before the date of the event.

    Do you accept a last minute reservation?

    A.

    The hotel accepts requests for the venue only, such as a meeting, up to 3 days in advance as long as the venue has vacancy. For parties, the hotel accept reservations up to 10 days in advance, depending on the number of guests.

    Can we have a wedding ceremony?

    A.

    Yes. The hotel would love to hear from guests looking to get married..

    Can we temporarily reserve the venue? Will there be a charge for that?

    A.

    Temporary holding the venue is possible. No charges will be incurred. In principle, guests will receive a response within one week after receiving the provisional hold. However, the hotel may consult with guests when there are other reservations or inquiries.

    How many days in advance can we cancel ?

    A.

    If guest cancel sa banquet that they have already contracted, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee as follows.

    From the date of application to 30 days before the date of the banquet, the full amount of the conference room fee and deposit for the banquet time of the reserved banquet hall.

    From 29 days to 10 days before the date of the banquet, 30% of the estimated banquet amount (excluding tax and service charge).

    From 9 days before the date of the banquet to the day before (noon), 50% of the estimated banquet amount (excluding tax and service charge)Banquet 100% of the estimated banquet price (excluding tax and service charge) from the day before (noon) on the day of the event

    Can we bring food in the banquet or take away home?

    No. The hotel does not allow guests to bring in or take food home.

    The hotel can also arrange for hire, taxis, or buses.

About Parking

    Can we use the parking lot when we stay the hotel?

    Guests can use the parking lot in front of the entrance of the hotel for free or the Times Yonezawa Excel Hotel Tokyu on the south side of the hotel (also complimentary).

    Large vehicles over 3.2 meters in height cannot use the parking lot.
