We are pleased to inform you that we will be conducting construction of a new building in
the Lagoon Area within the hotel premises. The preparatory work is scheduled to
commence from March 1, 2024. During the construction period, there will be the entry and
exit of vehicles and heavy machinery, and temporary fencing will be installed around the
construction site. Please be aware that there may be some noise associated with the
construction activities. In terms of safety measures, we will ensure comprehensive efforts,
including the installation of informational signs, communication with guests, and proper
guidance.
While we understand that this construction may cause inconvenience and disturbance to
our valued guests, we sincerely request your understanding and cooperation during this
time.

(Noises may occur between 10:30~17:00/the ocean view of the rooms will not be affected)
