User-Friendly
Established Network

Tokyu Hotels was founded in January 2001 as a hotel management company by Tokyu Group, one of Japan's corporate leaders, to expand its primary transportation enterprise. Since then, we’ve established a vast nationwide network of optimal access, with 46 urban sites comprising over 12,400 guestrooms. In April 2015, we consolidated our five brands into three—Tokyu Hotel, Excel Hotel Tokyu, and Tokyu REI Hotel—to offer you a brand structure that is even more user friendly and accessible.

Unbeatable Locations

In metropolitan areas

Greater access to Japan’s major cities, their exciting culture day or night, is what the Tokyu Hotels network is all about, in metropolitan areas like Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Kyoto, Fukuoka and Sapporo. What’s more, additional convenience comes with proximity to three major international airports.

For enhanced travel

In Tokyo, for example, Tokyu Hotels gives you a consolidated zone of hospitality in Shibuya, with Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, Excel Hotel Tokyu, and Shibuya Tokyu REI Hotel at the heart of it all. In Shibuya, our Japanese and international guests also will find Tokyu Group’s fine shopping and entertainment facilities close at hand, for enhanced travel.

You can see this attention not only in our courteous staff of professionals committed to the finest traditions of Japanese hospitality, but also in our concierges experienced in putting our international guests at ease by attending to their needs in English and other languages.
