The online room reservation system can take your reservation for all Tokyu Hotels in real time, 24 hours a day,so feel free to use the system for same-day reservations, or late-night bookings.
Room rates (online reservation rates)
Each hotel sets its room rates on a daily basis according to the day of the
week and room availability.
Check room rates at the result of Search for Available Rooms page.
Online rates are subject to change according to room availability.
Online reservation rates may not be used in conjunction with other discounts.
Online reservation rates are not available by telephone reservation.
Accommodation tax; effective October 1, 2002,
is not included in the total shown for online reservations at Tokyu Hotels in the Tokyo area.

Reservations may usually be made up to 90 days in advance. Reservation earlier
than 90 days may be possible in some hotels. Some hotels accept same-day reservations
depending on room availability.
The upper limit per reservation is five rooms for ten days. For more rooms/days, please directly telephone Tokyu Hotels
Reservation Center, or the hotel.
Some hotels will request advance or mid-stay payment for continuous stay.
Number of rooms for online reservation
Number of rooms for online reservation is limited. Please note that you may
not be able to make a reservation depending on room availability. Even if the online
reservation system indicates that there are no rooms available, there may be rooms
available if you contact the hotel directly.
In such cases of telephone inquiry/reservation, the online reservation discount rate is not available.
Tokyu Hotels Comfort Members (Members)
It is not essential for Members to register for Easy Reservation Account to
use the online reservation system.
Just enter your Comfort Members number (or email address) and password, and click the Reserve button.
Although it is possible to make a reservation without being Members, register and reduce the amount of information you need to enter for a reservation.

Before using the system, be sure to read the Online Reservation System Usage Agreement .
Members are required to pay the registration fee of 500 yen (tax included). Please pay it at the front desk of the hotel where you stay.

Reservation confirmation and receipt number
Please confirm the details of your reservation on the Reservation Confirmation
Also make note of the reservation receipt number, as it will be required to confirm or cancel the reservation.
It is possible to have a reservation confirmation email sent to your registered (or other) email address from the Reservation Confirmation page.
How to cancel your reservation
From the Confirm or Cancel a Reservation page, enter your reservation receipt
number (provided on completion of your reservation), plus your email address used
for online registration, and click the Next button.
If you are Members or registered users of Easy Reservation Account, enter registered email address and password, and click the Login button.
Confirm the current reservation information displayed, and then click the Cancel button.
It is also possible to send a cancellation email to your registered (or other) email address from the Confirm or Cancel a Reservation page.
If you wish to cancel a reservation, follow correctly the cancellation procedure.
Changing your reservation
To change the dates or number of guests for a reservation, please directly
telephone Tokyu Hotels Reservation Center or the hotel.
Otherwise, you may cancel the existing reservation, and then use the reservation system to make a new reservation.
