The food served at banquets at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu are made with ingredients carefully chosen by the chef. It represents the head chef's commitment to "provide hospitality with quality ingredients", as it is prepared with seasonal seafood and fresh vegetables provided by contract farmers.
Richly diverse Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisines
Japanese cuisine is prepared by "Suiren" and Chinese cuisine by "Hoshigaoka". Dishes prepared with passion by the chefs of each restaurant are also served in the banquet rooms.
The Hotel's traditional menu
By request, All Day Dining ORIGAMI's famous dish Chinese Noodles "PAKOMEN" and the traditional "Roast Beef" from the old hotel's "Keyaki Grill" can be served in party-style. The chef will carve and serve the beef in front of guests, just as it's done in the restaurant.
