The menu consisting of a diverse range of cuisines is dynamically yet delicately prepared by chef Kouji Anpo.

The restaurant is open from breakfast to midnight, serving famous dishes that have been served since the days of the old Capitol Tokyu Hotel, as well as full course dinners.
