    How many days in advance can I make a room reservation?

    We accept room reservations from one year in advance.

    Can I book a same day reservation?

    Reservations can be made by phone or online.
    Please be sure to check the room availability in advance by phone or online.

    Can I make a payment in advance?

    A.

    Yes, we accept the following methods of payment in advance.
    Payment by bank transfer, in-person or online. If you are not a guest of the hotel and wish to pay in advance, please contact the room reservation staff to confirm payment details.

    Do I need to pay a deposit?

    A.

    We require all guests paying by cash to leave a 150% incidental deposit of the room rate upon check-in. If you are paying by credit card, please present your credit card. Guests who have paid in advance are still responsible for the applicable incidental deposit and/or the guest must present a booking credit card upon check-in.

    What is the accommodation charge for an infant/toddler?

    A.

    Children who are sharing a bed with an adult are not included in the number of guests. Extra beds will not be provided. Children up to 12 years of age are allowed to share a bed while children over 12 years of age will be charged an adult rate. Children's pajamas (130cm), slippers and toothbrush can be arranged.

    Premier Corner Twin (57.8 sq.m.), Club Premier Corner Twin (59.3 sq. m.), Premier King (63.5 sq. m.) and Club Premier King (64.5 sq. m.) can accommodate up to 3 guests per room with an extra bed.

    Do you have single rooms?

    The hotel does not have single rooms so please choose a room with a king-size bed (2 meters wide), such as the Deluxe King or Premier King Room.

    What payment methods and credit cards do you accept?

    We accept AMEX, DINERS, JCB, VISA, DC, SAISON, TOP, TOYOTA, UC, DISCOVER, and UnionPay cards.
    Please inquire about the use of other cards. Payment can also be made using mobile payment service, Rakuten Pay.

    What is the turndown service?

    Between 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., we will prepare your room for a good night's rest by making your bed, changing used towels and amenities, and collecting garbage.

    Is there drinking water and hot water available in the rooms?

    Complimentary bottled mineral water is available in the room.
    For hot water, please use the kettle in your room.
    Ice is also available upon request from Housekeeping. It will be delivered free of charge.

    What time and where is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is served at all-day dining ORIGAMI or through Room Service between 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (L.O. 10:00 a.m.).
    Guests staying on the Club Floors will be served breakfast at the Club Lounge SaRyoh on the 27th floor.

    Do you have laundry service?

    Please fill out the laundry slip provided in your room and contact Housekeeping for assistance.

    What internet access is available in the rooms?

    A.

    All rooms are equipped with a LAN port for Internet access, which is available free of charge. LAN cables are also available in all rooms. Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi: 802.11a/g/n) Internet connection service is also available. A username and password are required to use this service. If you are a guest, please contact the front desk for assistance.

    Do you offer PC rentals?

    These are available for rent at the Business Center 3F. Availability is limited, so please inquire in advance. (The rental computers are not equipped with a camera).

    Parking is available for 4,000 yen per night for guests. Please present your parking ticket at the Front Reception. (7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.) Please note, if your vehicle remains in the parking lot past the designated time, such as after Check-Out or an extended Check-Out; an additional parking fee of 400 yen will be charged every 30 minutes.

    What restaurants are available at the hotel?

    A.

    We offer a Japanese restaurant which serves kaiseki, sushi, tempura, teppanyaki, sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, as well as Chinese and Western cuisine restaurants. Room Service is also available for staying guests.

    Is there a restaurant where I can eat Japanese food?

    A.

    Japanese Restaurant "Suiren" offers kaiseki, sushi, tempura, teppanyaki, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu and more.

    Do you have any restaurants with private rooms?

    Private room are available at the Japanese Restaurant "Suiren" , Chinese Cuisine Hoshigaoka, and All Day Dining "ORIGAMI".

    • Chinese Restaurant "Star Hill": 7 rooms for up to 16 people

    Are there restaurants that allow smoking?

    Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel (including heated tobacco products). Smoking is allowed at The Capitol Bar after 4:00 p.m. with the exception of the counter seats which are non-smoking.

    Are there any restaurants that are wheelchair accessible?

    A.

    All of our restaurants are wheelchair-accessible. Please let us know when you make a reservation. Guests in wheelchairs can access the restaurants from the main entrance and parking via the elevators and barrier-free corridors. The restaurants are also barrier-free inside. There is also a universal restroom which is wheelchair accessible on each floor.

    Although non-staying guests are welcome to use the facilities, priority is given to guests staying at the hotel.

    Can I make a reservation?

    We accept reservations from 6 months in advance. If you know the date and time of your visit, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance.
    * Exceptions include The Capitol Bar which does not accept reservations and the Lounge "ORIGAMI" which accepts reservations for afternoon tea only.

    Is there a dress code at the restaurants?

    A.

    Please refrain from wearing extremely casual clothing such as tank tops and shorts for men, as well as flip-flops and clogs. The dress code for dinner time is smart casual wear.

    Can you arrange for flowers, cakes, etc. when using the restaurant for special occasions?

    A.

    Yes, we can accommodate special requests. Please make a request when booking a reservation.
    Birthday cakes and bouquets can be arranged up to one day prior to the date of use, however, please contact us as soon as possible for special orders. The payment will be settled with your meal.

    Where can I order a birthday cake?

    How long do I have to notify you of a cancellation? And how much is the cancellation fee?

    A.

    Reservations must be cancelled 6 days prior to the date of the reservation, during operation hours of each restaurant. Cancellation fees for reservations of 4 or more persons are as follows:
    5 days prior notice: 30%
    3 days to 1 day prior notice 50%
    On the day of the reservation: 100%
    The cancellation fee will be charged according to the amount of the meal and the private room charge. In the event that a menu has not been selected, we will charge the minimum course price for the number of people in your party at the time of your reservation.

    This does not apply to cancellations for unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters.

    We accept reservations from 7:00 until 22:00. Please consult with the hotel staff if you have early morning or late night shipment and deliveries.

    Can I hold a Buddhist memorial service or farewell party?

    If you are coming by train, please use the elevator at exit 7 from Tameike-sanno Station on the Namboku Line for easy access with strollers.

    • Take the Exit 7 elevator to the ground level from B2.

    Kokkai-gijidomae Station

    Chiyoda Line/Marunouchi Line

    • Exit at the ticket gate for the Diet Building and take the Exit 2 elevator from level B1 to the ground level (1st floor).

    • There is a steep downhill walk to the hotel so please confirm in advance.

    Is there a route to the Hie Shrine adjacent to the hotel for strollers?

    After exiting the main entrance on the 3rd floor, there is a slope on your left that leads to the Hie Shrine. However, it is a steep uphill slope, so please check the slope beforehand.
    There is an escalator (for ascending only) at the Sanno Torii Gate on Sotobori Street.

    I use a wheelchair. Is there an exit route via elevator at the nearest station?

    For wheelchair access, use the elevator at exit 7 from Tameike-sanno Station on the Namboku Line for easy access. This is also recommended for guests using a cane or crutches. At ground level, weather may prohibit accessibility so please contact the hotel bell captain desk. In addition, we can make arrangements for transportation with special needs.

    • Take the elevator from level B3 to B2 on the Namboku Line platform (near the 2nd car in the center).

    • Exit the ticket gate for Akasaka and go straight.

    • Take the Exit 7 elevator to the ground level from B2

    Ginza Line (ground level)

    • Take the elevator on the Ginza Line platform (near the 6th car) from level B2 to B3.

    • Exit the ticket gate for Tameike Crossing and turn right.

    Use Exit 5 or 6 at "Kokkai Gijidomae Station" or "Tameike Sanno Station", and enter the "Tokyu Capitol Tower" (Exit 6) in front on the left-hand side. As you proceed forward to the left of Ueshima Coffee House, you will find the elevators for the hotel, which will take you to the Front Reception on the 3rd floor (LF).

    The Tokyu Capitol Tower where The Capitol Hotel Tokyu is situated is a modern skyscraper complex consisting of a hotel and office spaces, constructed in August 2010.
    The building complies with regulations of the latest Building Standards Act (building method for high-rise buildings, principal structural parts and evacuation safety performance) set by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. (Certification number HFNB-5059)
    It has great seismic capacity as it is built with concrete filled steel tubular columns (CFT), which are both tough and rigid, with two types of vibration dampers in the building's key points.
    The Edogawa layer at the foundation is extremely hard and is a perfect ground for high-rise buildings.
    In an emergency, trained hotel staff will guide guests to safety.
    Guests can feel safe and enjoy the use of our modern hotel.
