We would like to proudly announce that our chief Takeshi Ikeda has won the Grand Prize at the 22nd Tokyu Hotels Cuisine Competitions with the “Steamed Miyagi Salmon with Japanese style Sakura Espuma”.
Ikeda especially imaged the most important and most loved season in Japan, spring. The cherry blossoms fully bloom, it is a start of a new fiscal year which brings joy and excitement. There is also a custom of enjoying a dish first with your eyes, then next the taste. So we have included various seasonal ingredients like Cherry Blossom Flowers, Cod Buds and Rape Blossoms.
