Intimate “Sukiya” style rooms include a “Zashiki” with 30 tatami mats for up to 14 diners and a “Roji” tea garden tearoom with 6 tatami sheets. Enjoy “Omotenashi” hospitality in this “Noh stage” theatre-design restaurant while savouring authentic Kaiseki cuisine, a traditional multi-course Japanese meal that only uses ingredients at the peak of their freshness in a simple and elegant presentation for business entertainment and family gatherings such as marriage engagements and memorial services.

Exquisitely prepared cuisine has been produced by the head chef, Nobuhiko Fukuda, who is one of the leaders of the world of cuisine in Japan. In addition to authentic Kaiseki cuisine, he will develop new ideas such as collaborations with French cuisine. Please enjoy the rich flavors of each season in a space overflowing with Japanese culture.

Japanese Culture condensed into one room

This traditional "Sukiya" style, a room that places emphasis only on just welcoming customers. Using extravagant materials but looking very simple, the room has a extravagant elegant atmosphere. The room is composed by the Main Room (30 Tatami Mats), the Waiting Room (12 Tatami Mats), the Tea Room (6 Tatami Mats). There is a big window which shows the Noh Theater next door, which becomes one picture in this "Sukiya" style.

The Prices include 15% service charge and 10% consumption tax.
