“Fuku” Course Dinner

“Fuku” is another word for the delicious “Fugu” (Blowfish). “Fugu” is sometimes called “Fuku,” which means “fortune “in Japanese, and they treat this fish as a symbol of good luck. Fugu’s season is from the Autumn Equinox (around Sept. 23rd) to the Spring Equinox (around March 20th); and the best season is considered to be winter. We have made a course dinner of Fugu especially in this high season. This course would start from Fugu Tessa (Sashimi) that looks like flower petals, and Fugu Nabe (Hot pot), Fugu Zousui (Rissot), and other dishes.
To broaden your horizons, how about trying the various dishes of just Fugu the extravagant Japanese delicacy.
